القضاة : المتدخلين بالدفاع عن الشهيد السلايطة سيحاسبون

قال العين اللواء المتقاعد عمار القضاة إنه إذا تدخل أحد المواطنين للدفاع عن الشهيد السلايطة وقتل المعتدي فإنه سيتعرض للمساءلة القانونية.

وجاء هذا التصريح خلال مقابلة أجريت معه قبل يوم، حيث تناول فيها هذا الجانب من المسؤولية القانونية المترتبة على تدخل المواطنين في مثل هذه الحالات، مؤكداً أن القتل في سياق الدفاع عن الشهيد السلايطة يعرّض من يقوم به للمساءلة القانونية.

Senator and retired Major General Ammar Al-Qudah said that if a citizen intervenes to defend the martyr Al-Salaita and kills the aggressor, he will be subject to legal accountability.

This statement came during an interview conducted with him a day earlier, in which he addressed this aspect of the legal responsibility arising from citizens’ intervention in such cases, stressing that killing in the context of defending the martyr Al-Salaita exposes the person who does so to legal accountability.
